The SSES PTO is an active, volunteer-run organization that works to enhance the overall educational environment by promoting volunteerism, encouraging parental involvement, and raising funds for additional resources that benefit all students.

We still have openings at our April 15th golf tournament at Governor's Club.
Your golf fee includes a light breakfast and snacks when you register as well as lunch.  Come join us on this beautiful course and support your school!  We are excited to be bringing this back to our community and bringing in support from the surrounding areas.  All fees are tax deductible and we're happy to provide a letter for your records.  If you are interested in sponsoring a hole we'd love to talk to you!

Back To School

 

The Sunset Elementary PTO is happy to welcome you to the 2022-23 school year! 

 

 

The PTO website is now open and ready for you to begin completing back to school tasks. Please follow the steps below for the smoothest start to the school year.

Log in (top right corner) or register on the PTO website if you are a new family or have not previously registered.

If you are new or if you didn't get around to it last year, click on the Login button in the top right corner and follow the instructions. Why register? Registering on our site means you will receive timely communications including our biweekly e-newsletter, The RoundUp. Registrants may join the PTO, sign up to volunteer, register for events, donate to the Invest In Your Child campaign, and purchase spirit wear. All volunteer and event registrations will be managed through this website, so your registration on this site will be required for participation in most events.
  • NOTE 1: Registering on this site does NOT mean you joined the PTO. Joining the PTO requires a separate step, as detailed below.
  • NOTE 2: If you are already registered on the sites for the SMS PTO, MCMS PTO, RHS PTO, or NHS PTO, you may use the same login information for our site. We are all using Membership Toolkit to host our sites.

Complete the Family Information and Directory & Publish Preferences online forms, the Volunteer Interests and Opportunities Survey, and the Back to School online packet.

When you are logged in to the website, the forms and packet will appear as links below. After you complete each item, a green check mark will appear next to it.

The 5th Grade Recognition ceremony is Tuesday, May 21. Families are welcome to submit a message (through Wednesday, May 1) to be included in the program!

 

Time to checkout!

After you add your IIYC donation (which included your PTO Membership for the year) and school t-shirts to your online cart, don't forget to checkout! Please pay online using a credit/debit card. If you prefer to pay by check or cash, you may choose to "Pay offline later" and bring your payment to the school front office at any time.
