We Need You!

Your SSES PTO is run entirely by parent volunteers, and we still have several board positions to fill for the 2026–2027 school year.

Whether you work full-time, part-time, or stay at home, there are roles that can fit a variety of schedules and commitment levels. Take a look at the flyer to see the open seats and a brief description of each role.

It’s important that we fill these positions soon so the incoming board can begin planning for the 2026–2027 school year. The parents currently serving on the board have already committed to their roles and cannot take on additional responsibilities, so we truly need more families to step forward and help keep our PTO strong.

Any current board member would be happy to talk with you and share what the experience is really like—the workload, the collaboration, and why being part of this group of parents is so rewarding.

We need parent volunteers to continue building the amazing community we have at Sunset. Board elections will be held April 29th.
